Performance Marketing Specialist, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads
Mostly remote from Poland, with agreed hybrid work in Warsaw. Full-time commitment; Polish and English required. Employment contract: 7,700 to 10,500 PLN gross/month / B2B: 8,400 to 11,900 PLN net invoiced + VAT/month + performance bonus under agreed rules.
Independently plan and run paid client campaigns and turn data into useful creative feedback. We prioritise valid measurement, responsible spending and clear recommendations, rather than simply launching ads or counting clicks.
Reporting: Agency Director, working with Creative, Project Management and Finance
Responsibilities
- Assess client objectives, offer and funnel; define the campaign plan, budgets, conversion events and evaluation criteria.
- Configure, manage and optimise Meta Ads and TikTok Ads within agreed services and permissions.
- Check analytics, tags, events and data quality with technical partners, respecting consent settings.
- Monitor spending, limits and variances; obtain financial approval before increasing an approved budget.
- Plan audience, message, format and landing-page tests with the creative team.
- Analyse conversions, acquisition costs, lead quality or sales, allowing for attribution limits and seasonality.
- Run clear Polish and English reporting and client meetings, explaining recommendations and uncertainty.
- Use automation and AI to support analysis, checks and test planning without uncontrolled budget changes or confidential-data disclosure.
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years independently managing paid campaigns, including agency and multi-client experience.
- Hands-on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads experience, with examples explaining test structures, your decisions and results in context.
- Working knowledge of GA4, GTM and spreadsheets, including collaboration on conversion measurement implementation and validation.
- Understanding of CPA, CAC, ROAS, margin and lead quality; distinguish advertising metrics from overall business performance.
- Ability to diagnose performance issues and develop new hypotheses with Creative.
- Polish and English at B2 or above for reporting and client communication.
- Responsible account access, spending limits, data validation and AI use.
Useful additional experience
- Google Ads, e-commerce and B2B-services campaigns.
- Looker Studio, CRM integrations and server-side tracking with a technical partner.
- Landing-page testing and lead-quality evaluation with client sales teams.
Your first 90 days
- Audit agreed accounts, measurement and risks; establish priorities and budget limits.
- Run campaigns and a structured creative-testing cycle.
- Review outcomes and propose the next experiments with a clear rationale.
What good performance looks like
Valid measurement, budget discipline, useful testing and actionable insights. Targets follow the audit; the specialist does not control every aspect of the client's product and sales process.
Application materials and assessment
CV and two anonymised campaigns covering objectives, budget band, your contribution, measurement, decisions and results. We will also discuss an unsuccessful hypothesis. We do not ask for previous clients' account access or a promised ROAS before an audit.
