Provider and scope
Nadart sp. z o.o., a Polish limited liability company, ul. 1 Maja 54, 96-300 Żyrardów, Poland; KRS 0000552484; tax identification number (NIP) 838-184-82-33; REGON 361237343; share capital PLN 5,000; registered with the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, 14th Commercial Division of the National Court Register.
is the company’s brand. Contact: hello@waisme.com; privacy: ido@waisme.com. These terms govern the website, contact form, portfolio references, free email newsletter and one-time launch notification.
Access and technical requirements
The website and described electronic services are free. You need Internet access and a current browser supporting HTTPS and HTML. Interactive galleries, theme controls and references require JavaScript; retaining choices requires browser storage. Email services require a working mailbox. No visitor account is required. Your provider’s usual connection charges apply.
Contact and references
Submitting the form requests a response to your enquiry. It does not order paid services, guarantee a consultation slot or conclude a campaign contract. Scope, price, timing and rights to deliverables require separate agreement.
References are a private selection in your browser. You may remove them; they reach the company with a submitted contact form. Selecting a reference does not order or license the displayed work. Demonstration statistics are labelled; past project results do not guarantee future campaign performance.
Newsletter and launch notification
The newsletter provides content and marketing tips and commercial information about services. Subscription requires an email address, separate consent and confirmation through a link valid for 48 hours. It is free with no guaranteed frequency. Every campaign offers cancellation; you may also email ido@waisme.com.
The maintenance form requests one launch notification only and does not subscribe you to the newsletter. Withdraw using the same address. This service ends on notification, withdrawal or after 12 months without a launch. Newsletter service ends on cancellation or when the company discontinues it.
Permitted use and intellectual property
Do not submit unlawful content, spam, malware or data you have no basis to disclose. Do not disrupt the website or attempt unauthorised access. We may proportionately restrict specific abuse.
Texts, logos, photographs, videos and projects are protected by the rights of the company or their respective owners. Display in the portfolio does not grant copying or commercial-use permission. These terms do not restrict statutory exceptions or other mandatory rights.
Complaints, withdrawal and liability
Send electronic-service complaints to hello@waisme.com or our registered office. Describe the issue and a reply method; no special form is required. We reply within 14 days of receipt.
You may cancel the free email services at any time without explanation or charge. Where a statutory distance-contract withdrawal right applies, you may exercise it within 14 days of contracting, for example by email. Using the service does not automatically waive that right. Cancellation remains available afterwards. We do not restrict mandatory consumer rights or statutory consumer protection available to eligible sole traders.
We seek to maintain accuracy and availability, but technical interruptions may occur. Liability is governed by applicable law; these terms do not exclude non-excludable liability or statutory rights for non-conforming services. External links lead to services operated by separate providers.
Privacy and changes
See the privacy policy and cookie policy. You may save or print these terms using your browser.
Changes may follow legal, functional or security updates and do not retrospectively alter separate contracts. We give at least 14 days’ email notice of material changes affecting ongoing subscriptions unless law or urgent security requires earlier action; you may cancel before they take effect. Polish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or protected court jurisdiction. Both language versions describe the same rules; translation does not limit statutory rights.
