Technologies and scope
Cookies are small browser files. Local storage retains information between visits; session storage normally ends with the tab or browser session. The rules for access to terminal-device information apply to these technologies, not only to cookies. This policy covers the site configuration with locally served assets, internal forms and email through VH.PL, with optional Cloudflare Turnstile protection, without advertising or analytics tags.

Your choices
Theme preferences and portfolio references serve features you explicitly select. We do not use them to follow you on other websites. They do not require a marketing-consent banner when used only to provide these requested functions. You may clear our saved choices below or delete site data in your browser. Blocking storage may prevent references and theme choices from being retained, but does not prevent reading content or sending an enquiry.
Analytics, marketing and external services
In this configuration, we do not set analytics or advertising identifiers or automatically load Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Pixel, other external CAPTCHA, social-media embeds or third-party video players. Social links are ordinary links; visiting them subjects the new website to its own rules. Fonts and media in the base modules are served locally. If optional tracking or embedded tools are introduced, their information and valid prior consent with an equally accessible rejection option must be provided before they run. Updating this policy alone does not grant consent.
Turnstile on labelled forms provides security, not advertising. Its script loads when you start using the form and uses technical device signals. This configuration requires Pre-clearance to be disabled; the integration does not request a cf_clearance cookie. The single-use cf-turnstile-response form field lasts up to 5 minutes; it is not an advertising identifier. Processing strictly needed to protect the requested function relies on Article 399(3) of Polish Electronic Communications Law and is separate from newsletter consent. Submission is blocked without verification; email contact remains available. See the privacy policy for data and transfers.
Updates and contact
