Creative Lead / Communication Strategist, Creative and AI
Mostly remote from Poland, with agreed hybrid work in Warsaw. Full-time commitment; Polish and English required. Employment contract: 9,800 to 13,300 PLN gross/month / B2B: 11,200 to 15,400 PLN net invoiced + VAT/month + performance bonus under agreed rules.
Combine brand strategy, ideas and execution quality. You will lead creative direction for WAISME projects and personally develop key concepts and scripts. This is a hands-on lead role in a small team, requiring practical AI use and ownership of the finished work.
Reporting: Agency Director
Responsibilities
- Translate client objectives, audiences and offers into communication direction, messages, formats and a coherent campaign concept.
- Develop concepts, scripts, directional copy, moodboards and storyboards; explain recommendations clearly to clients.
- Lead designers, editors, writers and partners through creative briefs, reviews, feedback and quality checks.
- Use AI for concepts, previsualisation, imagery, video or copy where appropriate, then finish work through a professional production process.
- Establish AI standards covering tool selection, approved inputs, asset provenance, permissions, licences and artefact checks.
- Work with Performance on hypotheses, ad variants and findings without promising unsupported results.
- Estimate creative effort and production needs with Project Management and Finance before scope commitments.
- Own final creative assessment against the brief, brand, language, readability and technical readiness with the production specialists.
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years in creative work or communication strategy, including agency experience and at least one year leading creative projects or other specialists' work.
- A portfolio of at least 3 delivered projects showing the objective, your role, the concept and final assets.
- Practical generative-AI experience in creative work, with examples of iterations, limitations and your own corrections.
- Strong brand communication, storytelling and visual judgement; ability to turn strategy into producible assets.
- Ability to lead feedback and client presentations, explain creative decisions and reject solutions that miss the brief.
- Polish sufficient for editing brand communication, and English at B2 or above for briefs, presentations and project collaboration.
- Understanding of asset, image and voice rights, client-data handling and factual verification.
Useful additional experience
- Short-form video, UGC and performance-creative experience.
- Repeatable AI workflows with measured quality and time outcomes.
- Strategy workshops and team development.
Your first 90 days
- Review creative standards and establish practical AI working rules.
- Lead an agreed project from direction to approval.
- Create useful brief, reference and quality-check resources, plus a team development plan.
What good performance looks like
Relevance to the brief, consistent assets, actionable feedback and effective approvals. AI supports the outcome; output volume alone is not a quality metric.
