Job applications: your contact details, job-specific answers and CV are used to handle the selected recruitment. Employment recruitment relies on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR together with Article 22¹ of the Polish Labour Code where applicable; necessary pre-contract steps requested by you rely on Article 6(1)(b). Additional ordinary data provided voluntarily relies on consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Do not include sensitive information or unnecessary data about others. Required fields and a CV are needed to process this application. Retention is 90 days from submission; submitting does not enrol you in future recruitment.
Freelancers: on your voluntary consent (Article 6(1)(a)), we store your contact details, portfolio, specialty, availability and any optional message/rate for 365 days from submission to match potential projects. The pre-check uses the requirements stated for the vacancy: all questions are mandatory, answers must match permitted choices, and each qualifying condition must be met. A 20-minute random access token enables the CV form. Changing requirements or answers requires a new check. Unsuccessful pre-check answers are not saved in the applicant database. Successful answers are temporarily retained for 20 minutes and become part of the submitted application. This is not AI scoring or a final hiring decision. If the check prevents you from applying, contact hello@waisme.com for a meaningful individual review and an alternative application route. A recruiter handles that request.
Access is limited to authorised personnel and necessary hosting/email service providers, currently VH.PL according to the website configuration. Cloudflare Turnstile is used if enabled in the existing website settings. We do not fetch your portfolio URL or make it public. CV files are stored privately, not in the public media library. You are not subscribed to marketing. Personal data may remain in secured backups until those backups expire under the hosting backup policy; deleted records must not be restored into active use.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability where applicable; you may object where processing relies on legitimate interests and withdraw consent.
